Injection Moulding
Moulding on site at Euromould is predominantly single shot.
We have 11 off Arburg Machines, with tonnage variablity of 50 to 100 tonnes. We have full capability to tool trial any Mould we have produced to verify design before full production can begin. From there we can offer production work as well as inspection and full tool and Part reports. For all Two Shot Moulding, Euromould has a sister company, called 2SM (2 Shot Moulding).This site is based around 1/4 mile from Euromoulds. On site there we have facility to Trial and Produce all 2 shot mould components.
